Duration:
The ceremony is expected to last 90 minutes.

The ceremony will be livestreamed for all who are unable to attend. Details will be on Northeastern Global News on the day of the ceremony.

Eligibility

All degree candidates who complete their degree requirements in Vancouver between Fall 2025 through Summer 2026 are eligible to attend the Vancouver Convocation.

Tickets

Students can claim up to 4 guest tickets.

To go back to your guest tickets, follow these instructions:
● Log in to northea stern.tassel.com using your Northeastern email address.
● Click “Print/Email Tickets.” You have the option to select your tickets to email directly to your guests or to print your guest tickets.

Ticket FAQ

Can I register to claim extra tickets?

Additional tickets will be released after March 20th, and then on a rolling basis. Additional ticket requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee that additional tickets will be available. Fill out this form for your additional ticket requests.
This form will close on May 1st.

Do children and babies need tickets?

Children 2 years or younger who are able to sit on an adult’s lap for the duration of the ceremony do not need a ticket. Please note that strollers are prohibited. Children older than 2 years must have a ticket.

What if I do not claim or use all of my tickets during registration?

After your initial ticket registration, you can log back into the ticketing webpage to access the remainder of your tickets until the day of the ceremony.

Regalia Pick-up

Regalia (cap and gown) will be available for pick-up starting May 20th! Please note that regalia will NOT BE MAILED to your home address, you will need to pick them up from campus prior to the ceremony. See details below:

Wednesday, May 20th – 12pm – 5pm
Thursday, May 21st – 9am – 12pm and 1pm – 7pm
Friday, May 22nd – 10am – 5pm
Saturday, May 23rd – 10am – 4pm

Important notes:

Please bring your Husky Card or any government-issued photo ID
You will be required to present your order confirmation email at pick-up.

If you are unable to pick-up your regalia during the allotted time, you may authorize a friend or family member to pick up your regalia on your behalf. Please send an authorization email to [email protected] and copy email address of the person picking up regalia on your behalf.

If you are picking up regalia on behalf of someone, you will be required to present:

The order confirmation email sent to the graduate
An authorization email sent to yourself and [email protected]
Husky Card or any government-issued photo ID
