Duration:
The ceremony is expected to last 90 minutes.
The ceremony will be livestreamed for all who are unable to attend.
Reception:
Please join us in the Hyatt Foyer for refreshments and live music following the ceremony, approximately 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm. There will be fabulous photo opportunities and time to celebrate with your fellow graduates and guests.

Eligibility
All degree candidates who complete their degree requirements in Vancouver between Fall 2023 through Summer 2024 are eligible to attend the Vancouver Convocation.
Students must first complete the Apply to Graduate process, then within 48 hours students will receive an email invitation to the Ceremony Registration platform, Marching Order.
In Marching Order you register to attend the ceremony, request guest tickets, and provide any accessibility or food restriction information. Marching Order registration closes on April 16th.
Deadlines for ordering Regalia have passed but we will have extra available.

Tickets
Each graduate can claim up to 4 guest tickets.
Students should receive instructions to claim tickets in their Northeastern email address early February.
To go back to your guest tickets, follow these instructions:
– Log in to http://northeastern.marchingorder.com/ using your Northeastern email address.
– Click “Print/Email Tickets”. You have the option to either print each ticket or email your tickets to your guests.

Student Speaker
Do you want to be a speaker at the Vancouver Convocation?
Each year, graduating seniors are invited to submit a speech to be considered for inclusion in the Convocation ceremony. Any student graduating in December 2023, May 2024, or August 2024, who is participating in the Vancouver Convocation ceremony on May 11, 2024 may apply.
Deadline: March 21, 2024.
