Duration:
The ceremony will last 1.5 –2 hours.

The ceremony will be livestreamed at Northeastern Global News.

Eligibility

All bachelor-level Boston candidates who are completing their degree requirements between Fall 2026 through Summer 2027 are eligible to attend the undergraduate commencement ceremony.

Please note that all Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing candidates for BSN degree conferral candidates will have their own specified ceremonies. Click here to find your eligible ceremony.

This arrangement will be reviewed annually based on participation and attendance.

Tickets

Each graduate can claim up to five (5) guest tickets.

Tickets claim process for Commencement at Fenway Park will be communicated to students in March 2027.

Eligible students who have applied to graduate will receive an email from the Commencement Office with directions on how to claim one (1) student ticket and up to five (5) guest tickets. After claiming all tickets, students can request to join a waitlist for one (1) additional guest ticket within their registration.

MLB Ballpark App

The MLB Ballpark App is required to access and transfer Commencement tickets at Fenway Park. Graduating students must use the app to forward tickets to their guests. Students and guests must have the app on their smartphone present their tickets at the gates.

Ticket FAQ

Can I register to claim extra tickets?

After claiming five (5) guest tickets, students can request to join a waitlist for one (1) additional guest ticket within their registration.

Additional tickets are subject to availability and, if demand exceeds capacity, will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on registration date.

No tickets beyond the five (5) guaranteed tickets and one (1) potential additional ticket will be available.

Do children and babies need tickets?

Children age 2 and younger who can sit on an adult’s lap for the duration of the ceremony do not require a ticket. Children over age 2 must have their own ticket. Please note that strollers are not permitted.

What if I do not claim or use all of my tickets during registration?

After your initial ticket registration, you can log back into the ticketing webpage to claim the remainder of your tickets until the day of the ceremony.
