Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to your questions about Commencement 2021.
Will the ceremonies be COVID-19 safe?
Yes. As with every aspect of our campus reopening and throughout our academic year, our utmost priority is the health and safety of our community—including the family and friends participating in person. For example, seating will be spaced to comply with Massachusetts state guidelines. Everyone must complete a health survey and attestation form. If the state adds safety protocols ahead of the ceremony, we’ll communicate those to you by email and our social channels, as well as update this website and FAQ page.
Are there COVID-19 testing requirements for attending graduates? What about their guests?
All attendees must follow the most up-to-date Massachusetts COVID-19 travel orders here.
Fenway Park will also require fans to complete a health survey and attestation form that confirms they are following Massachusetts travel restrictions and guidelines.
What are the guidelines and protocols for people at Fenway Park?
All seating will comply with state public health guidelines. All attendees will be required to complete a health survey and attestation form before entering the park. Masks are mandatory, even for people who’ve been vaccinated (no gaiters, scarves, or bandanas, please).
